Pilot sign-up: your name, email address, fleet size, and home state. You can also leave just an email address — the other fields are optional.

Chats with Brags: the questions you type, and the email address you choose to leave in the chat window. When you leave an email in chat, we also keep the first question you asked so we can pick the conversation back up.

Technical data: the chat endpoint limits how many questions a single device can send in a minute, so a temporary request identifier is used for that guard. It exists to stop abuse, not to build a profile about you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We do not send you marketing mail you didn’t ask for.

Your details are stored in a private database hosted for us by our platform provider, with access restricted to the Exodus Solution Group owner account. Public visitors cannot read the list.

When you ask Brags a question, the text is sent to an AI service that generates the reply. Answers are generated on request and are not used to train a model you can see.

No system is perfectly secure. We keep access locked down, but we can’t promise a risk of zero.

Pilot requests stay on the list until you ask us to remove them, or until the pilot closes and we decide the list is no longer needed. Chat transcripts stay in your browser session only — they are not stored as a conversation log on our side unless you leave an email, in which case we keep the email and your first question.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@exodussolutiongroup.com and say which address you want cleared. We’ll confirm when it’s done.

You can also stop using the site at any time. Nothing here requires an account to browse.

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell browsing behaviour. Signing in sets a session record so the owner area can tell who is signed in; signing out clears it.

The site is built for adults starting or running a trucking business. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle information in a meaningful way, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means the new version applies.
