Terms & Conditions

Straight talk: this site is a guide, not your lawyer. Here’s what you can count on from us and what we ask of you in return.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

What this site is

Exodus Solution Group publishes a nationwide launch roadmap builder, an AI guide named Brags, and a sign-up list for a U.S. founding pilot. Using the site means you accept these terms.

The pilot is a development programme. Spots are limited, we decide who joins, and features can change or disappear while we build.

Guidance, not advice

Brags and the roadmap give general informational guidance about starting a trucking company. They are not legal, insurance, financial, or tax advice, and using them does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

Federal and state rules, fees, and forms change. Brags can be wrong or out of date. Confirm federal requirements with FMCSA and state requirements with the official agencies in your home state, and take real decisions to a licensed insurance agent, attorney, or tax professional.

You are responsible for what you file, buy, and operate. Nothing on this site shifts that responsibility to us.

Your part

Give us accurate details when you sign up, and don’t submit information that isn’t yours to submit.

Don’t attack the service: no automated flooding of the chat, no attempts to reach data you weren’t given access to, no scraping, no re-selling the content.

One person, one pilot request. Duplicate submissions get the second one rejected.

Availability and changes

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We can pause, change, or retire any part of it — including the chat, the roadmap builder, and the pilot list — with or without notice.

We don’t promise that the AI answers will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your situation.

Content and ownership

The roadmap content, branding, wordmark, and site design belong to Exodus Solution Group. You may save the plan you generate for your own business use; you may not republish or resell it as your own product.

Brags answers are generated for you in the moment. Treat them as a starting point, not a filing document.

Third-party links

We link to FMCSA, state transportation agencies, and other official sources because those are the systems that actually govern your authority. Once you click through, their terms and privacy practices apply, not ours.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Exodus Solution Group is not liable for losses arising from use of this site — including denied applications, fines, coverage gaps, or missed filings. If we were ever held liable anyway, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us, which during the pilot is nothing.

Ending your access

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask us to delete your details. We can withdraw access to the chat or the pilot for misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable U.S. federal law, with disputes handled in Maryland courts. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Questions about any of this?

Ask before you sign up — we’d rather answer plainly than have you guess.
